TCS HYDRO provides the following consulting services:

• Development of performance specification and bidding documents on the part of a Customer for supply of the hydro turbine equipment.
• Elaboration and expert appraisal of technical specifications (as an integral part of bidding documents) for all kinds of equipment and types of work to be done at HPP and pumped storage power plants both newly designed and being retrofitted.
• Consulting services during elaboration of design documents of all types at all stages of HPP designing.
• Preparation of expert reports for engineering solutions related to hydro turbine equipment and their submission to Customers.
• Expert examination of planning documentation of all types at all stages of HPP designing.
• Supervision of manufacture (degree of product availability assessment and follow-up) of hydro turbine equipment and its acceptance by a Customer.
• Engineering and designer’s field supervision both of construction of new HPP/pumped storage power plants and of retrofitting those being in operation.
• Advising a Customer on repair, modernization, manufacture and erection of hydro turbine equipment so that to apply up-to-date engineering solutions and to optimize the scope of work to be fulfilled.
