The complex of works on the overhaul of spherical valve D4200mm hydraulic units No9 in the conditions of operating of the Nurekskaya HPP, Republic of Tajikistan, has been completed.

During the overhaul, TCS HYDRO had developed technical documentation and made delivery of necessary spare parts; in February 2017 spare parts for a weight of about 50 tons, including M110x4, M140x4, M160x4, M180x4 and M215x4 studs and nuts, self-lubricating bearings for the Æ1100mm valve trunnions from DEVA (Germany) and other parts had been delivered to the Nurek HPP.

Execution of the project, including manufacture, dismantling, repair work, installation and commissioning, was carried out completely under the supervision of TCS HYDRO.
